This is a showcase of Hayward & Crisp, an innovative collaboration uniting the renowned glass master, Peter Crisp, and the Amsterdam-based Australian artist, James Hayward. Emerging from years of cross-continental artistic dialogue, this collaboration took root just over a year ago with the establishment of a dedicated studio and kiln in Amsterdam.

Diving into the realm of pâte de verre glass work, Peter and James are on an artistic expedition, infusing their expertise into the realm of jewellery and wearable art. This exhibition unveils their explorative journey, where tradition meets innovation, revealing the mesmerising possibilities when artistry and craftsmanship intertwine. All pieces incorporate and explore the ancient glass method of ‘pate de verre.‘
